Your data is a vital part of your venue no matter how large or small. Performing regular backups will ensure you decrease the risk of losing critical data and the practice of backing up is never an after thought but part of company policy.

If you have a Bepoz POS system you will find your backup or zip file under the local drive c:bepoz\zips directory. Our best practice recommendation is to use an external storage 16GB USB and have your regular data backed up to this. Alternatively, you can simply take a copy of this drive to either an external drive, second data drive or online cloud back up.
