MESSAGES AND MEMOS
Messages and Memos allows you to stay in touch with your customers and staff by SMS, email and memos to Tills and computer Work Stations. The marketing opportunities are fantastic with targeted marketing to those customers BEpoz advises are your best, worst or just average – or for that matter, you can decide!

MULTIVENUE
If you have more than one outlet or venue and, maybe, a separate Head Office (or it could be in one of the venues)  then BEpoz can offer you the Premier MultiVenue System.

You are not reliant on the internet to be ”up” and all price, promos, customers and operators are fully operational at all POS terminals.

Sales flow up to the Head Office as they are made via an ADSL connection so the HO is always up to date with the performance of all staff and outlets. There are no confusing systems for the staff at HO or the outlets. They simply use the system as if the underlying communications layers are not even there.

ANALYSIS REPORTING
Instead of just telling you that you have 6 units of product “Y” in store “A” this module will make an intelligent analysis of this product in this store and actually recommend what you should do with it, if anything at all.

There are other reports available here such as Supplier Cost movements, by product, in whatever period you request.
 
Perhaps the icing on this cake is the Return on Investment Report that reports to you on the actual profit earned on a product, expressed as a percentage of the funds invested in it, over whatever period you request.

ACCOUNTING LINK
BEpoz links to your accounting system if it is Attaché, MYOB, Quick Books or Adept.  If it is not one of these popular accounting systems the we can probably create a generic link if your accounting system can import the data.
